[HAM] - Vehicle Add Car Alarm

What is H.A.M.?
- Huntsman's Admin Menu made for use in Public Zeus lobbies to give Zeus more on the fly control over the battlefield.

Details of Vehicle Add Car Alarm:
- Click Composition, place down on desired vehicle. This will add 2 Event Handler's which can trigger the car alarm. If anyone gets inside the vehicle, the alarm will trigger once. If anyone shoots the car, the alarm will trigger once. After the car alarm has been triggered, the composition will have to be re-placed on the vehicle to re-activate the car alarm.

- Only works on Public Scripted Servers:
