Oshika Class Cruiser

The Oshika Class was designed during peacetime, as a flexible and inexpensive warship with which to fill the then desolate fleets of the Inari Empire. While effective, and increasingly survivable through multiple refits, it wears the Inari love for style on its sleeve with its large, comfortable interior. Critics of the design suggest that Inari bureaucracy can be blamed for the more questionable design choices, such as the aforementioned living space and the excessive thrust to mass ratio. It is, however, popular with many of its pilots.

Oshika Class vessels remain the backbone of Inari fleets, able to deal copious amounts of damage with their many bow mounted weapons. In its inception it was something of a glass cannon, however with combat experience gained over its long service life it has become far more survivable.
