Tattletale (CR for TTT)

My first custom role for GMod TTT CR!

To enable, type ttt_tattletale_enabled 1 in your GMod console.

Description: The Tattletale is a member of the Jester team, so they initially do no damage. But, if they see someone die, they will announce it publicly. They must then survive for 15 seconds to join the Innocents and help them win!
