Oilan Production Plants (OPP) is a fictional car production company in Scrap Mechanic. Oilan is recently recovering from a massive dam break and is on the edge of bankruptcy. After almost 2 years, Oilan is more or less stable financially and is currently producing their new line of cars after the blueprints for their old ones were destroyed during the flooding.
