French Rochelle - the next best thing since French kiss.

This add-on replaces French with a lovely-looking pale-skinned Frenchwoman. Also changes Rochelle's survivor and incapacitated survivor panel avatars and changes some of her dialog to French.

It seems that Valve used to hire professional voice actors for at least 4 versions of languages. But now it's all gone except English.

@Batmite128 I have a PhD in French from Cornell University. That is a France language. It might sound like screaming for a noń-French speaker but that is French, my friend.
