Community Crisis

Situation:
A local community centre has been attacked by a large number of armed individuals. Their current affiliation is currently unknown however, they have displayed a military signature similar to that of ISIL and adjacent Islamic extremist insurgents.

The situation began during New Years celebrations. Three trucks pulled up to the front of the centre and began the siege. The receptionist locked themselves in the office and hid under the counter as they dialed the police. For the next half hour the receptionist stayed on the phone with authorities. Civillians were rounded up and moved deeper into the centre - the bathrooms and main gym area. This was the most the receptionist could recall. When police arrived they had a brief standoff with barricaded insurgents. They managed to break open the main office window and drag the receptionist out. They let us know that the office manager was taken into the opposite office space and is being held there.

Reviewing local CCTV footage showed 26 armed individuals enter the facility - one of which was wearing what appears to be an S-Vest. Expect further explosives on the scene. Speed is key to insuring the hostages safety and eliminating any potential IED threat. Expect heavy armed resistance. Once the US Army Rangers arrived on scene, the police moved away and have began setting up a cordon in order for you to operate uninterrupted. Good luck.
