Civil War PhysicsGamer Fork

描述
A modified fork of the Civil Wars mod. This fork makes balance adjustments to the Civil Wars mod so you don't get bulldozed in the Early game by a Rebel Stack 10 times the size of what you can physically field.

As of right now there are only a few significant edits:

1.) General reduction of early game rebel stacks such that the rebel stack size follows an exponential curve with a much lower starting point, so that planets won't have rebels spawning that are well beyond a nation's own capabilities.

2.) Adjustment to the composition of the rebel stacks such that they develop more defensive capabilities before developing more offensive capabilities.

3.) Reduction of the starting resources of starting nations such that they are more reasonable, as the original mod gives significantly more resources than necessary to starting nations, allowing them to instantly upgrade all starbases they get access to, and making it incredibly difficult to defeat them once they get a foothold in the early game.

4.) Adjustment to the system control mechanic so that if you have a fleet in the system, they will not take control of the starbase, to allow the player more methods to prevent the rebel nation from gaining control of more than the planet.

#4 is something that made this fork/addon really impressive, shame it's gone

I had a fleet in the system and the rebels still took the system from me.

If you're going to make a fork of my mod, my only request that you make it dependent on the main mod, instead of standalone reuploading all of my work. I intend to file a claim if this is not done within a few weeks.

Much appreciated. Comparing with the original on Irony i see you've made a substantial number of adjustments, could you elaborate a bit on these in the description ?
