这是少前将领的通用兼容补丁，只干了一件事，那就是把少前将领包里特色单位的战略资源消耗改为0。

注意！此补丁仅限于1.11版本使用！

@drteijeiro Are you sure you have added dependencies (create a new local ANC mod which has OWB dependencies in order to avoid replace_path)?My client doesn't crash after using this patch.

@1664340740 你按照主mod里的方法添加dependencies了吗？我这里测试没问题。
