Update to fix shaking problem with interior accessories.

内饰在车辆行进的时候晃动不太自然，有些还发生轻微抽搐，甚至那块Poppin party标题的挂巾也是如此。希望这方面以后能完善一下。
Some of the interior accessories do not swing very smoothly when the truck is moving, and some even twitch (or shake), including the Poppin Party Title scarf. Hope that this problem will be fixed soon.
