MaxG3D's Remington 700 For Scout (scriptless repack, faster fire) (Scout)

MaxG3D made an awesome R700. Then someone ported it over to Scout. But that port (here: 奈奈绪•响谷's MaxG3D's Remington 700 For Scout: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2026145363) has a couple of issues.

I have taken the liberty to address the two issues I found.

I have:
> removed the script that is no longer needed, making it compatible with external script mods
> recompiled with a sped-up firing animation... now spamming the fire button no longer has you shooting mid-bolt action.
