Schloss Knacken Shotgun

Are you sick of doors not opening because you pressed the handle? Because they are "locked"? No more!

With this you can make a weapon of your choice, and not necessarily a shotgun open all the doors you want.

An explanation of the convars;

knacken_blast Set knacken_blast to 0 to make it so the door simply unlocks and opens when shot, instead of being blown off it's hinges. Set knacken_blast 1 to make them blow off their hinges.
knacken_weapon Set this to the classname of the gun you want to open locked doors with.
knacken_reset Set this for when the door resets back to being usable and lockable, or set it to 0 to disable it from resetting.
