This model is basen on the International 3800 (2001-2004)

For 2003, International renamed its bus subsidiary a second time, to IC Corporation. After a minor revision, the International IC adopted the IC CE-Series name (to match the FE/RE-Series transit-style buses).

Now we just need a mod which lets one set a flag for "children only" or "elder people only" in route planner ;)
