1. You have to install sourcemod and metamod and put "addons" folder in Steam\steamapps\common\nmrih\nmrih. https://www.sourcemod.net/downloads.php?branch=stable ; https://www.sourcemm.net/downloads.php?branch=stable
2. Then you have to download a plugin and compile it in "scripting" folder to compile.exe (drag the file into the compile.exe) and put from "compile" folder the addon name to plugins
