Better Hitboxes (Hitbox+)

Adds CS:GO style capsule hitbox support to Garry's mod.

Various hitreg improvements and fixes coming in future.

*NOTE: This addon is a library/API not a standalone replacement for Garry's mod's hitboxes, it will not work alone on it's own with weapons from workshop unless their developer decides to add support for this mod.

*NOTE 2: This addon only works with vanilla playermodels by default, it will not work with custom model from workshop unless the server operator adds support for the said model themself.
