WARNING: This port to 4.27 is probably not perfect, especially when it comes to cars made with the 4.24 version of the game due to possible Guid issues. To be on the safe side when opening old cars make clones first to see if everything transfers properly.

I also am not able to Fix the UV issues so there may be problems with some materials when it comes to some of these lights

Only one of these can't be recolored. I'd like to use it on different-colored cars, but I can't make it blend in.
