Big Prison

This Prison is a big one. it has 2 complexes and a big wall. it can accommodate 355 prisoners and needs 92 employees. There are 4 vehicle station which is located in the inner courtyard and can only be accessed via a barrier. Textures and Models by Benco54, Playground( Basketball) by robs074.

Prisoner capacity should be doubled or tripled. Vanilla big prison has a capacity of 210, this has 276 despite taking almost 3-4x the size and it taking 3x longer to build.

I feel the capacity is way too low for this to make sense. Should be doubled, maybe even a 2.5x increase in capacity. Unsure if modifying flats quality would have an effect on anything, if it did upping that would be great so at least it has that 50% of other slightly better prisons.

Im currently running with
$WORKERS_NEEDED 150
$CITIZEN_ABLE_SERVE 4
$QUALITY_OF_LIVING 0.75

I get triple the capacity 600 prisoners at max staffing, better living quarters for prisoners and decent efficiency for taking up more space per prisoner.

The game doesn't seem to like decimals in $CITIZEN_ABLE_SERVE, so 3.86 is rounded down to 3. I just increased the required employees to compensate for the size because 4/1 inmate/warder would feel cheaty.

Did something change? For me in game this only has the capacity for 276 inmates ... which is tiny bit more than the vanilla prison.
Given the physical size and cost to build, this should house a thousand prisoners, honestly.
