Suburban Commercial 1

Does your city desperately lack a generic and nondescript commercial center? Are you tired of creating high quality urban environments? Then look no further! Now you too can create your own pseudo-urban pedestrian mall with a collection of five commercial assets. These are finished with a generic stacked stone and beige EIFS combination, with accents of light beige.

These are designed to be combined any which way in a linear fashion, but more *interesting* designs could be made with Move-It.

Always best with Loading Screen Mod! This collection uses one texture map so file size should be substantially smaller than the 10mb stated.

Known Issue: When like assets are placed side by side, there is some texture phase through and flicker. This can be remedied by moving the structures slightly if it is annoying.

UPDATE 2/16/22: Sorry it took me so long to update the reflectivity map, life got in the way.
