This simple mod allows you to lose an additional 10 calories every 10 minutes if your body temperature is over 38 degrees.

i don't know if this mod is still working, but i will tag this as outdated.

yea i think it's the opposite, although staying in high temperature dehydrates you tho, which can be translated to some weightloss, although water in the body isn't coded in the game se

shouldn't it make more sense for you to burn extra calories when its cold, since your body works harder to maintain heat?

No idea if this sort of weight loss is something I'd ever pay attention to in game, but this mod gets a subscription from me for realisms sake. :D
