Buildable Neural Vacillator

Let's assume that you played DLC and found a Vacillator Recharge, but you can't find an Neural Vacillator on the nearest asteroids. Or you destroyed all Neural Vacillators by mistake.
This mod allows you to build your own Neural Vacillator.

• Requires research Micro-Targeted Medicine
  
• Requires 1200 kg of Refined Metal + 400 kg of Glass
  
• After construction, Duplicants must deliver 400 kg of Brine, as well as catch and deliver a live Morb
  
• Then, a medical Duplicant must perform a manipulation to prepare the Neural Vacillator for work
  
• Now you just need to charge the Neural Vacillator with a Vacillator Recharge, and it's ready to go
  
• Artificially constructed Neural Vacillators use their own animation based on the animation from the early access version of the game, and they also return constructional materials when destroyed (except a Morb)

In case of problems with this mod:
a) First of all, make sure that your game really uses the latest version of the mod.
Use the Mod Updater to force the game to update mods.
b) Then please open an issue on the GitHub[github.com] And remember to attach the game logs.
