NOTE - Since the original SKS model has no tac reload animation and I do not have expert knowledge yet of .Lua, I had to add an inconsistent tac reload via its' empty reload animation; any suggest from the TFA Base how to disable the tac reload in the .Lua, leave in the comments below

You should consider porting all of the other insurgency modern combat weapons to TFA with c_hands.
