This MOD change your background to the PV of "Touhou End of Daylight" ^-^
Thanks for Subscribing on my MOD ^-^

Tho you need to follow some instructions to install it properly!
- First you Need is "GCFScape" to be able to open the .vpk
- Second you need to go to\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop
- There you should find a .vpk named "Touhou_End_of_Daylight" or Look for a file that is about 46KB
- Open the .vpk with using "GCFScape"
- There you should find a "Readme!"
- And use that to install the MOD

The game is having the problem with this (check bottommost) because of 1080p resolution videos. Update the video source to 720p. (This is recurrent within your other backgrounds)

First before you clame anything is wrong, have you read the Description?
Secondly Icons change is called a "Menu" mod and not Background
Third if you do read the description you can see that I do tell you to open the .vpk to gain access to a "Readme" that will help you to install the Mod.
