This mod was intended to be used as a stand-alone mod and not to be used with my other mods. The main problem is in the first scenario. The one with Pavle, Bruno, Katia. Bandit mod changes that scenario and so does this mod. Also, Bandit mod changes a lot of other things whom this mods leaves at default. That's why there's a conflict between them. You can just disable one mod and leave the other one on the highest priority.

why is polish name Mateusz and Tomek?

First, you will have to create a mod with imported textures. You can then find all the character textures here:

Steam\steamapps\common\This War of Mine\Mods\Your mod\textures\meshes

I personally used Photoshop for retexturing, imported the final texture into Gimp, then saved and replaced it as .dds from there
