Evil Crawl Space Wall Be Gone!

For anyone who has been frustrated by the infamous Repentance Crawl Space layout which has an extra item behind a wall, this mod simply removes the wall, so you don't need very specific items to access the extra item.

This functionality is also in Rebirth of the Lamb by default, so there's no need to have this enabled at the same time as that.
