描述
With this, you can gain a skill XP multiplier of up to 8x in Fitness and Strength by watching all five Simon's Fitness Club VHS tapes. Tested in hosted and dedicated servers. In future, it may add weapon skill multipliers onto action movies.

There are two mods inside here; one is ERMC/Extra Recorded Media Codes, which allows for skill multipliers to be added by recorded media. The second is FitnessVHS, which adds the new codes onto the existing VHS tapes for you. You can install this workshop item and use ERMC yourself if you want, just leave FitnessVHS disabled; you can peruse its source to see the new codes.

17th May 2022: This mod has been updated for 41.69's new recorded media system. Previous versions will continue to work as before, while in 41.69+ lines will only be affected on first listen as appropriate.

FYI - There's actually a home VHS that awards skill for long blunt weaponry. The code used was BUA.

Enabled on existing save and I'm not seeing any bonus applied as I'm watching the tapes. I've not watched the entire set, so the question remains (which was asked below and is not yet answered): do you have to watch all of the tapes to get any bonus, or should I expect to see partial bonus (x2, x3, etc) per tape?

this multiplier does not seem to be working on MP, I watched 4 out of 5 tapes and don't really see any change, is the multiplier only ever applied for having all 5? is there a setting or something I can tweak to make this work? can't find it in worldconfig or sandboxvars

Just want to give you a heads up that this mod runs a conflict with the mod VHS Skilltapes (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2702055974) this mod overrites the custom tapes of that mod to vanilla tapes, dunno if you wanna do a compatibility patch or something in the future, would handy to have both!

the strong+fit one got the bonus just fine, i mean

@khantemplation I am honestly not sure. I experimented with both a Strong + Althletic and a weak + out of shape character and had them watch all 5 tapes, and they got the 8x bonus just fine, and same goes for someone who started with Stout only. But on a weak + out of shape character, the bonus has for whatever reason never applied, or at least shown up on the stat sheet.
