Allows messaging in-game with the TDMP mod

This mod is ALPHA so there may be bugs, if you found one please report it.


Yea, the is no question mark we know, but for now we are using vanilla TD input.

Added in update:
- scroll
- client-side custom nick color
- you can now hold backspace for fast deletion
- multi-line messages
- customization:
- font size
- position
- size
- dimming while playing
- maybe something else, i don't remember

Known issues:
- depending on font size and last character may be little cropped
- first line maybe little cropped from top
