这个mod是金花dalao的纳加瑞斯重做的修改版，用来移除影王的游牧派系机制，和高精灵海巡以及凤凰王舰队兼容使用。如果没有订阅海巡和凤凰王舰队的话可以订阅原版本。谢谢金花dalao的帮助和允许。
