Tainted Item Charge Sound

描述
Plays a sound when timed-charge pocket items for tainted characters, such as Judas and Jacob, have finished charging.

This is an accessibility mod to help players with limited field of vision, as it's often difficult to see the outline around the items change when the item charges.

That's such a wonderful idea!!! i unlocked tainted judas recently and really missed being able to hear some sort of ring when his power is ready. thank you :]
