Custom mapview and terrain graphics for the edelweiss dlc. (Campaign & Quickmatch)

New update is through, i reworked alot of the terrain textures and autogen to go along with it.

-Added new vehicle map icons in the 1.98 rwr dlc update
-Textured the new omaha normandy map
-Introduce reworked terrain textures and world object textures
-Reworked terrain autogen

Just updated the mod to include swan river map, also added an installation package that will combine Mapview with the Increased Armory: Edelweiss mod

i created an install package that will port over mapview edelweiss into increased armory edelweiss, i will update this mod later today to include the zip file with the compatible assets, i noticed there is a new map in this dlc, swan river was added, i will have a look at texturing swan river quickly today and then i will update this mod.
