The Infected Beta is a more Superior Infected guy. It had a lot of time to grow as no one was coming in to kill them as it haves been about a year sense the wall was put up. most of this person was all used up for this creation due to the main infection being in his arm it grew outwards and used that entire rest of the body to create this thing.

It also produce a large amount of electricity at it's mouth. It is also a common thing to see the Infected Worker and the Infection Spider riding on it's Back.
