Experimental Laser Cannon

Description:
- Shoots powerful laser
- Laser beam also deal damage, so you can use it to destoy large groups of enemies easly
- You have to use it manually (using action)
- Price: 50000
- Can be builded from Combat Engineer and Mech Engineer

Update 3:
Changed small things in code and added Prototype Laser Cannon - smaller and weaker version of main cannon, capable of attacking automatically. (Also bots can use it, but you might only see it when playing against Impossible-difficulty bots)

Update 2:
Turret can be upgraded - you can increase damage, max hp, upgrade its shield and more. I also increased range, damage, price and changed code a bit (mainly for beam). Upgrade system might be buggy, if something doesn't work, please write in comments.
(Btw, there is no "range upgrade", because its simply impossible - range can be increased, but when you try to select target, it limits your range to default range)

Update 1:
I added high-range version of turret (upgraded from base turret), costs 150000 credits, has a bit more damage and much longer range. I also buffed range of base turret.

Turret might have bugs, so if you have found one, write in comments.
