[WOTC] Capnbubs Accessories Redux

This is an updated version of Evie A.K.A. Capnbubs' Accessories, with cooked assets, improved config entries, and new part options.

This doesn't include the Free The Hood: Capnbubs Addon as this re-release edits all of the helmets included so that they allow Upper & Lower Face Props to be equipped innately, and any extra options included within it via Config have already been incorporated.

All the parts have the same internal names as the original, so if you un-sub to that and sub to this you won't have to do any part re-assigning.

Also exchanges 5 vanilla hairstyles - Long Layers (M), Long Wavy (F), Bob (F), Bangs and a Bun + Dirty Variant (F) - for this mods' versions, which (presumably) make them clip less with the new hats and helmets. This is something its' always done but wasn't stated anywhere, either here or in the original (i don't think.)

This was done without explicit permission, so if Evie sees this and requests that i take it down, i'll comply without issue.
