Movement Speed Mutator

Made with the intention of slowing things down in spec ops for a more tactical feel. However, you can do whatever you want with this thing.

Remember that this is a multiplier, meaning:

• 1 is the default movement speed
  
• 2 is double the default movement speed
  
• 0.5 is half of the default movement speed

Enable or disable either team if you don't feel like changing the values back to 1.
