The Family Manor is perfect place for your base.
Here you'll have a big mansion, a glasshouse, a road station, a wood cabin and a beach camp.
You may also start a game in that area. Just remember follow the roads and tracks.
Manor House Features: very well defenced, walls, gates, towers, moat, a lot of space & big mansion with a lot of rooms for any taste.

Remove Family manor from %USERNAME%\Zomboid\mods folder, subscribe to this, and start a new game. It took the place of the nexus version, still activated, and in order.

- Mod is active and there is no manor in my game or at my server world, why is that so?
- To make it appear you should start the new SP game or recreate the server world for MP. (As far as I know all location mods requires you to initialise a new game world via starting new game for example)

- How to open the armoury?
- You have several options:
❖ destroy the door (with axe for example);
❖ use "Better lockpicking" mod and chose Burglar profession or learn the "Lockpicking" skill;
❖ Use a manor key. Huge tip on getting the key, or any house/prison/police armoury key, lure zeds into the house you desire to get a key for and kill them. The corpse has a small chance to drop the key. (Thanks to MandyRarsh for the tip)

- Just look at the second image of this mod. (temporary: 32x25 cell)
