They'd have to change how decisions work or something on a fundamental level in order to break it afaik
I don't see any reason why it shouldn't be working since there has not been any major updates yet.
Please make sure you have the base mod, Propaganda Campaigns, installed and enabled. These are SUBMODS and are meant to run ON TOP OF/ALONGSIDE the original mod. They're NOT STANDALONE. Running the base mod is MANDATORY for these submods to work.
Also check to make sure Propaganda Campaigns isn't conflicting with any other mods you are using, if you have any. If Propaganda Campaigns conflicts with something and doesn't work properly, then these submods won't be able to load in right, either.
