Yeah man sorry, I just made an edit of this so non admin players could have handcuffs.

Maybe ask the original programmer

Wait.... "player" So i need an actual player for this to work?
I thought i can cuff NPC's

Okay so basically, you go up to another player really close and you click. They have to stay close for a few seconds otherwise it won't work. I reccomend using a tazer swep to stun someone for an easy arrest.
