Napa Class Cruiser

The Napa is a mid-sized cruiser with it's main feature being a large rear mounted CIWS system. The Napa is aimed at being a standard allrounder in a fleet and is armed to match this goal.

Offense wise, the Napa relies on its main front APHE railgun to take out vital components while medium missiles and torpedoes deal surface and chip damage over time. The Napa has a front missile launcher to help deal with incoming aircraft.

Defensively, the Napa relies on its large rear CIWS and a ton of missile and torpedo interceptors. It also has decent armor, smoke and speed as well to assist its active defenses.

Some built in weaknesses are having the rear CIWS target crafts as well and giving some of the AA missiles radar heads instead of remote guidance systems. I've tried to make this a less overpowered and easier build to fight then many of the other faction crafts in an attempt to make my future CC more beginner friendly.
