Elvira Voicepack

While attacking some Advent base, we located some cryo-pod. After opening it we learned what happened to one of the starts from the 1980s - Elvira was abducted and imprisoned by the aliens. After learning about the invasion, Mistress of the Dark joined Xcom.

Lots of innuendoes and calling enemies "little Willie"
WotC not required, but full support for heroes granted

To run Vanilla-made voicepacks in WotC I suggest using Alternative Mod Launcher[github.com].

Couldn't find any dress for her, so I used Final Fantasy VII: Tifa Lockhart for some exotic skirt and Kexx's WOTC Female Clothing Pack for the top.
