Pack contains 2 assets, the 2x4 base building is RICO high density commercial which can be used as a standalone building, the top is a 2x4 RICO high density residential
Combine them with move it or plop them on top with fine road anarchy

Hi,
This mod requires Fine Road Anarchy as a prerequisite for installation. But FRA has been deprecated; its author suggests using Network Anarchy instead.
Could you please update the prerequisite to Network Anarchy (assuming that works)? Right now I can't use your mixed-use assets without first installing a mod that its author now says not to install. :-)

1970s architecture is the most hated style in Germany. Nobody I know would want to live near something like that. Good Idea but why was that style picked? :S

are you likely to do other styles of mixed use lowrise buildings? I really like mixed use buildings in the 3-4 floor size range, but this is the only one I could find.
