More Railroad Workers

Bored with waiting for your slow rail construction? Throw more manpower at the problem!
This mod massively increases the cap on the number of workers on each track-laying locomotive from the default of around 20-40 up to 200 for each train.

This mod may be unbalanced, but in reality many railroads in the 20th century were built by the sweat of hundreds of workers rather than an arbitrary cap of 20. This also makes the experience of building track through a rail construction less frustratingly slow, and you don't need to buy the most expensive crane.

The mod adds edited duplicate versions of each track laying locomotive (the only way I could think to implement it) with increased worker capacity, so in order to use it buy the modded version rather than vanilla.
