Some people who like to play the bone-stock game will look for suitable blueprints, and the term "no DLC" is generally understood to mean the blueprint does not use DLC at all. DLC is fine but if a "pure vanilla" player downloads a blueprint that has them, they would have to adapt it without even being able to see the original layout in person.

Rt those blocks serve no purpose to the function of the ship, they are simply decorative blocks
