I'm finally getting past just making pretty/working cities, and want to start making my own buildings, parks, etc.... But there doesn't seem to be a lot of current info on that on the 'net (that I can find at least). Any tutorial links to get started with something simple (maybe just converting an existing in-game building from one kind of asset to another?)

For ex: I like a particular vanilla low commercial building and want to turn it into a customized police precinct house, but have no idea where to start...
