Disable the game start popup (Release notes) if you've already seen it for the current version.

feels like it only works after you see the pop up once per update. saw the pop up last night, no pop up this morning

Read the description correctly. Works as intended.

ok after some testing it seems to sometimes block, sometimes not block the ingame popup.
