Go Anywhere All Terrain Mobile Refinery

This is my first release in my GOAAT series of rovers. All rovers will have the same suspension design with 2 5x5 large wheels and a series of 3x3 wheels laid-out in a 4x3 matrix. This design can crawl over just about anything. It can land on the craggiest of terrain at 100 m/s and simply bounce away.

This mobile refinery works best with its custom script. The script handles the following.

- Auto-close airlock doors.
- Lock hinged connectors in-place via smart Upper and Lower Limit changes to the hinges when ships land on connectors.
- Allow for changing suspension settings on the fly. (more on this down below)

Custom Suspension Settings:
You can select a suspension setting in the drivers #2 toolbar.
2-1 Scroll Up, 2-2 Scroll Down, 2-3 Select Suspension.
Want to make changes? You can do that by going to the Home Brew programmable block and running a custom argument.
new:(custom name) creates a new preset.
delete:(custom name) removes preset from the list.
rename:(custom name) renames preset on the list.

The script still needs some work to make it bulletproof and I plan to make some updates. What I'm really hoping for is that someone like @Whiplash141 notices this build and decides to make a user-friendly version that looks a whole lot better. I love Whip's scripts and noticed that there's nothing that really saves suspension presets out there in in-game scripts.

Please note that the strength and height of suspension blocks do not instantly change. It takes a few moments to get to the desired setting. This IS ON PURPOSE. If I was to instantly change those settings you'd end up flying up into the air up to around 350 meters above where you started. That might not be a good thing if you're inside a base.
