They are taller than that, Roxy and Chica are practically 1.95cm or even 2 meters on the dot... Just compare Vanessa's height and she must be around 1.60cm or 1.70cm... Roxanne is much higher than that. So I can say that yes, she is very low in the game, you put her at Zoey and Rochelle's height, right? But it's okay if you don't want to change, it's your mod...
