After war, locomotives for freight use were excessed very much.
And building the new locomotives was stopped.
So, decided to make locomotives using these boilers.
In these locomotives, class C61 was the one of used boiler of class D51.
They were not famous locomotives, but No.20 becomes dynamic preservation and get eyes.
