Project Zomboid Respawn Redux

描述
Upon hitting the Save Player button, all player information will be saved. Your save will only be updated by clicking this button so do this as frequently as you would like. Upon death, any new character with the same first and last name will restore the saved player's core information and move to the spot where the save was created.

However, this feature comes at a cost. Upon restore, all items with the exception of keys remain on your corpse AND each skill has a 15% chance at being reduced by 1 level. Passive skills will never go below 3 and all other skills will never go below 1.

These penalties are configurable. You can disable the skill reduction and/or also retain all your equipped items. Please ensure you SAVE your character again after selecting one of these options.

SHIFT-U will hide/show the UI. Dialog window can also be minimized by pressing the PZR Icon.

Known issue: When respawning, your equipped clothes will not show until you wear at least one item.

NOTE: This mod works on multiplayer, but still has some issues I need to resolve. I will continue working to bring it into multiplayer as time permits. Please use caution when using this on a server!

Found out the "Just Sleep" Mod fixes this.

Buuuuut, when I died for the first time now and wanted to respawn with the same name I was naked, lost all my skills though I set this off and did not respawn where I had saved (did choose the wrong town in the menu though)

I just installed your plugin and get the same bug.
I cannot sleep. Red letters.
Game says I should try later even though I'm tired.

@Nicodemus I tried to reproduce but could not. Can you post in the Bug/Issues section with a step-by-step for reproduction? Also, have you tried without any other mods as often other mods might create conflicts.

Game breaking mod. Character cannot sleep after saving, will exhaust to death.

This is a very necessary mod, sometimes I get distracted without saving, there is no point in playing, please return to development. Auto save with waking up after sleep is a very good idea.

how do I customize the penalties?

I would really love for that to be clarified that if you don't save every day, it doesn't work.

I would love for there to be an option for the character to always be automatically saved upon waking up from sleep. This way you would'nt need to save your character manually every single day. Also, i died recently and lost like 4 days of skill progress because i forgot to save.
