Adds a number input to choose a custom bulk buy/sell amount.
- no dependences needed, achievements not locked

Clicking on the input field doesn't activate the selling/buying amount. You have to change it before it does.
Also, a shortcut to activate this mod would be nice.

@lojuj thanks for the review! The cap is set at 10k buildings as the cost increase gets above the maximum valid value. Moreover, lag appears when you choose bigger numbers.

If you really want to increase this cap (e.g. if you removed the building cost increase), you can copy the mod into the "local" folder of your mods, then increase both "10000" in the main.js.

Maybe I could add a "cap value" option.
