This mod adds to the tooltip for each spell in the Grimoire, predicting the outcome of the spell before you cast it.

Conjure Baked Goods, Stretch Time, Haggler's Charm, Summon Crafty Pixies, Resurrect Abomination, and Diminish Ineptitude all operate on a simple Success/Backfire binary.

Force the Hand of Fate will show what effect the summoned Golden Cookie will have. You can change the color of the different effects in the Options menu for quick analysis of potential future combos. The first column is used when the season isn't Valentine's Day or Easter, while the second column is used if the season is Valentine's Day or Easter.

For Spontaneous Edifice, green means the named building will be raised, and red means the named building will be razed. If you have over 400 of each building, Spontaneous Edifice does nothing, refunds the magic spent, and doesn't advance the spell count.

Gambler's Fever Dream will show what spell gets cast and if it will backfire. If the randomly chosen spell is Force the Hand of Fate or Spontaneous Edifice, the outcome of those spells will be displayed as well.


This mod will also predict whether Reinforced Membrane will protect the Shimmering Veil against clicks to the big cookie or Golden Cookies.
It will also show what upgrade might be unlocked from petting the dragon.


Does not disable Steam achievements.

@napstrike If you mean what I think you mean, then that's just the game reducing performance impact when out of focus. The numbers update slower, but each update is also larger to compensate. (If that is not the case, you might actually suffer from performance issues.)

It causes game calculations to slow down a lot when the game loses focus or is minimized. Some calculations like the ones for golden cookies run in real time, while the cps, mana filling etc calulations are slowed down hugely, by around 70%. I dont know why.

Very nice, still works great. Though I wish there was an easier way to reset to the default settings. I accidentally removed the colour settings, and had to (1) disable the mod, (2) remove the mod's settings with CCSE, and then (3) re-enable the mod. A single button would be nice :-)

For some reason this isn't working for me, I don't see any options to show the forecast. Please update the mod to newer versions, I need this mod!

With Forecast Length, can we get a number beside the spells? It would help with better planning
