Antiserum Hardcore [MP 41.60+]

This is a hardcore version of a Antiserum mod by b1n0m (Workshop ID: 2127326898). This was developed mainly for my own personal use on a personal server with friends. The mod plays the same as the original mod, however I wanted to change it to better reward a nurse/doctor start. Special thanks to b1n0m for making this excellent mod and also to Santillious who made the test tube icons.

Here is a summary of the changes:
- When you test yourself for infection it will tell you the stage of the infection you are at instead of a %.
- The effective ranges of the 3 antiserums have been tweaked. Even "The Cure" will not save you if you are too far gone.
- You can only use scalpels to extract blood samples from zombie corpses.
- Minimum skill requirements have been changed for various actions.
- Reduced number of test tubes in test tube pack from 100 to 50.
- Samples are fresh for only 1 day instead of 3.
- Small changes to the EN tool tips.

New Minimum Requirements:
First Aid 2: Create a Research Journal, test for infection. (Nurse start)
First Aid 3: Create weak antiserum. (Doctor start)
First Aid 5: Create regular antiserum.
First Aid 7: Develop "The Cure" (no change from original).

Test for Infection Results:
<=0%: You are not infected!
<=20%: The virus is present in your blood stream.
<=60%: The virus is in the beginning stage of mutation.
<=80%: The virus is in the middle stage of mutation.
>80%: The virus is in the final stage of mutation.

Antiserum Types:
Weak: Requires 10 samples. Reduces infection to 20%. Usable up to 70% infected.
Regular: Requires 20 samples. Reduces infection to 1%. Usable up to 85% infected.
The Cure: Requires 50 samples. Completely cures the infection. Usable up to 95% infected.

Please note that the infection results and antiserum max limit don't necessarily match. This is intentional so that there is a little bit of a grey area on whether or not the injection will actually work.
