Disable as much Earth related stuff as can be.

No Outsourcing or Resupply (resupply disables after 13 Sols or first passenger rocket launches, mod option to increase delay).
Disabled Expeditions:

Disabled Story bits (mod options to enable, can be done after start):

50/50 they are blocked, but I'm not playing B&B to find out :)

Apart from the mod options to push the date back, but that may be because of the other mods i use, but I believe all are yours

My mistake, ended up not realizing the game rule part, works absolutely fine since actually activating it
